Mid - Birthday Post

Today is almost the mid-point between Faith's and Collin's birthdays. Faith's was last Sunday and Collin's is on Friday (same as Joel!)

So HaPPy BiRtHDaY to both Faith and Collin!!!!

Here is the report: At 23 Faith reads at a very high reading level (like probably higher than me as my reading level is probably dropping yearly by now.) She writes for TV and appears daily Monday through Friday on 2 News in Reno. She has some interesting perks with this job. The news station pays for her visits to the salon (mostly she just gets hair trims and toner.) She is learning to put on fake eyelashes and to crochet. She is currently making a crocheted lobster blanket for her friend and bridesmaid, Hailey. Her biggest thing right now is being in love with Collin, which makes all of us very happy.

Collin wears a size large shirt, likes all things engineering, techie and mechanical and obviously anything having to do with avionics. He is currently working on getting his rating to be a Certified Flight Instructor, which is ironic that he doesn't have it yet because he owns a flight school. He is getting more jet hours on the weekends and still flies for the sky divers, but not so much in the winter. When they came for Thanksgiving he let us all have a ride in his cute white Camaro, which was really fun. He finds ways to make everything run smoother. He will jump in and do a task that nobody wants to do and always asks Faith before coming, "Do you think your parents will have a project to work on at the house that I could help with?" These two are both so capable! It's good to feel like they both have some pretty good back-up!
